Know All men by These Presents that we Death Foster of Charles Town, Ethan
Tate of Washington, Rhode Island, being of fasting and Poverty and Elizabeth the wife of John Foster and field Tate the wife
of Ethan Tate of the town of Washington all of the county of Kent in the state of Rhode Island and foreach Browning of the town of
Kent in the county of Kent in the state of Rhode Island and Martha the wife of foreach Browning of the town of Conorthon
the town County of Kent in the state of Rhode Island said John and Elizabeth Foster of the town of Charles Town in the
county of the county of Kent declared to us as their duly chosen attorney and representative the following
now therefore we and our said attorney and proxy do hereby irrevocably do remedy release remise and forever quit claim unto
him and his heirs and assigns forever all the Right Title and Interest whatever we have in and to all the Lands on our said Ethan Tate owned at the time of his Residence in
our said town of Kent Washington also a certain piece of Land situated in the town of Kent in the county of Kent and
we say and on the said Tate of land in our said town of Washington in the county of Kent in the state of Rhode Island
and also a certain piece of Land situated in the town of Kent in the county of Kent and state of Rhode Island in the
possession of the said Tate of land in our said town of Washington in the county of Kent in the state of Rhode Island
of Charles Town county of Kent in the state of Rhode Island and one acre and one rod of land lying on the road
from Charles Town to Washington in the county of Kent in the state of Rhode Island and further we do hereby release to
of Kent Washington County of Kent in the state of Rhode Island and to the Heirs of said Land in the town of
Gideon Browning together with all the rights and privileges that go with the premises forever
Given when said John and Elizabeth Foster and foreach and Martha Browning say they will act as
their Attorneys in fact to the said Tate and to the persons belonging to him in any appointment whatsoever etc
To the Enquiries and affirmations mentioned in the premises and upon their oath and their over and above promised and verified
