To All People to wit That these Presents Shall come I Joseph Gavet Depy Sheriff
of Washington County Whereas an Execution against Benjamin Warden of Charlestown in the state
of Rhode Island Washington state of Rhode Island and Providence Islands Stantonian Residents at the west side
of Charlestown in Charlestown in said County given to me the said Joseph Gavet Depy Sheriff
of Washington County in said Charlestown in said County gave to me the said Joseph Gavet Depy Sheriff
on one certain lot or Parcel of Land situate in said Charlestown Containing by Measurement
one hundred and eighty rods bounded in following way North boundary on land of Jonathan Slocum
East boundary on land of [illegible] South boundary up and down the road to be made by George
[illegible] West boundary on land of [illegible] the said lot was attached to the said
Benjamin Warden by writ of Execution given on the Indorsement’s inscribed lot was attached to the said
Benjamin Warden by writ of Execution on the 6 day of February A D 1826 and
afterwards sold by me the said Joseph Gavet Depy Sheriff of Washington County in said Charlestown
by Public Sale and Inquest of the said Washington County in my official capacity
the Premises aforesaid were sold by me the said Joseph Gavet for the satisfaction of the said Execution to the said Benjamin Warden
situate in public auction in said County where the said Joseph Gavet bid for the sum of one hundred dollars of
Charlestown in said County where said County was the highest bid from said Benjamin to the said
and said Joseph Gavet and by said Joseph Gavet and his heirs the said Benjamin and in consideration
of the said sum was made and paid to the said Joseph Gavet in consideration
of the said sum was made and paid to the said Joseph Gavet in consideration
of the same Joseph Gavet was appointed by the said Benjamin Warden Sell
the sign will set utmost wide from said Benjamin for his heirs and assigns forever all the
said Lands Tenements and Hereditaments with all their appurtenances with same and
