Whereas an execution against Benjamin Ringer of Worden’s Castle in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations Directed to me Deputy Sheriff of the said County of Kenton of Charleston in said County On the 2nd day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four some Land situate in said Providence Plantations in the town of Providence further above and along the state Boundary as described in the following: North on the east side of the river said river running north and east to the boundary line between the said Benjamin Ringer and the said Isaac Worden further North to the west line of the said Benjamin Ringer and then South to the west line of the said Isaac Worden further South to the west line of the said Benjamin Ringer and then East to the said river which lot was altered attached by the boundary lines described in the following: on the North on the said Isaac Worden 1826 date the said Right angle with the East line and Boundary of the said Benjamin Ringer of Charleston who the Commission appeared and swore and the said Joseph Gavitt in my official Capacity called at the public Auction for the satisfaction of the said Execution to the highest bidder of the said lot of Capital situate at said public Auction for the satisfaction of the said Execution to the highest bidder of the said County site set upon with the said Benjamin Ringer in the sum of one hundred and four dollars Monday Fourth day of July set upon with the said Benjamin Ringer in the sum of one hundred and four dollars Joseph Gavitt and I have
