114 Know All men by these Presents that I Edward Wilcox of Charlestown in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island and Co of [illegible] inhabitants Commoner for and in consideration of Seven Hundred of the Currency of the United States to me in hand before the Sealing and Delivery hereof well and truly paid by Benjamin Butterworth and Samuel and Richard Butterworth, of the town of Charlestown inhabitants thereof, men age of twenty one years, Children and Heirs of Benjamin Butterworth late of the town of Charlestown in the County of Washington commoners aforesaid in the Council on Application of Collecting the Poll Taxes of said Commoners whose Guardian was appointed by the Court of Probate, the District Court for the County of Washington for the Council of which thereby acknowledged and me therewith for fully Satisfied and paid have Given Granted Benjamin sold devised Conveyed assigned and confirmed, unto the said Benjamin to fully and absolutely Give Grant Convey
