110. I Know all men by these Presents that I William Browning of South Kingstown in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island and Providence In consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars paid to me by George H. of Charlestown County & State aforesaid Expresses the Receipt hereby I do hereby acknowledge do hereby Give Grant Bargain Sell and Convey unto the sd George H. Mc Berry his Heirs and assigns forever a Certain tract of land Lying & being in Charlestown called and Containing by Estimation or parcel of Land Lying & being in Charlestown called and Containing by Estimation Eight acres and three quarters in the same or more or less Bounded Northly on the road against (his) house on a Channel leading into the Bay Northly on the road against Eastrly on lands of Joseph Heighs & Phil. Holt the road and then as aforesaid Eastrly on lands of Joseph Coggin Christopher Brownson the road and Southly on lands of Samuel Coggin & Southly bounded Eastrly by a post & Rail fence and of Samuel Coggin Esq. & Southly bounded Eastrly by a post & Rail fence and more Over land marked with stones as agreed by weighing between the said land and to William Browning of Charlestown as aforesaid or however the same may be Bounded or described to be bounded.
