108 Know all men by these Presents that I Joshua Noyes of Westerly in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island by these presents do grant, convey, for and in Consideration of the sum of one Hundred Dollars received from me the said by Clara Clarke of East Greenwich in the County of Kent State aforesaid Grant Convey the Right Title and Interest of the saidly conveyed and that the same through full and sufficient consideration and paid to me hereby Grant Bargain and sell convey and assign forever unto the said Clara Clarke her heirs and assigns the following premises to wit a certain part of a Tenure called or known as the Field of the State in of Charles town in said County of Washington state which is described as follows to wit beginning at a Common Corner of said Field and continuing Westward until it reaches the first bound of Hammon Corner of said Field and continuing Westward until it reaches the first bound of Hammon and the Corner Noyes of said Field moving Northwardly by a road made by state and continuing Northwardly to the Corner of Joshua Noyes dated December 28th 1824 and continuing Northwardly to the Corner of the Bounds first mentioned and then Eastward and then Southward to the beginning of the Real Estate of the late Captain Nathan Stanton deceased and then Eastward to a division wall between the said Nathan Stanton and I’m represented in the Probate proceedings of the Son of Charles town. To Have and to hold all the aforesaid Grant and Bargain Premises or the whole thereof the Tenures and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any manner appertaining with all the Privileges and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any manner appertaining with all the Rights and Claims to the same and forever give grant and convey the same to her and her Beneficiaries and heirs forever. And furthermore I do grant and convey the said Property being the Property of my late Father and furthermore I do grant and convey toward the said Clara Clarke in her Capacity as Administrator of
