KNOW All men by these Presents, that I Caleb R. Ney, of Richmond in the County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, Yeoman for & in Consider- ation of the sum of fifty Dollars to me in hand well and truly paid before the Executing and Delivery of these Presents by James W. Ashworth of Richmond in said County Selatan. The Parcel of land which I hold by deed from Grantor Benjamin Lee, Convey with fully warranted contract and agreed to convey, Grantor Benjamin Lee, Convey and Confirm unto the said James W.
