91. This Indenture made by and between Joseph Taylor of Charlestown County of Washington State of Rhode Island by the act of his daughter and during tenure of the Town County & State above in the Other part of this Indenture witnesseth that the said Joseph Taylor for the consideration of the sum of One Hundred Dollars well and truly paid to him by the said Lucy Taylor to the said Joseph Taylor the said Joseph Taylor hath given granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth give grant bargain and sell to the said Lucy Taylor her heirs and assigns forever all that piece of land situated in
