74 CONDITIONS of Sale to sell the Real Estate of James Worden Late Resident in Richmond and in the county of Washington Din at Publick auction whereupon and had led it situated lying and being in the Town of Charlestown in said County of Wash- ington Bounded as follows westerly and Northwesterly by the River of Pawletly by Benjamin Worden & Co. and bounded easterly by Samuel Kingston Din. and South by William Wildon Gent. Witnesseth that at the Sale of the said James Worden Din. at the probate full Court Court House at W. Kingston aforesaid within and for the County of Washington on the Monday of October the 12th 1823 being the 12th day of the month October above written the Purchaser who shall bid the Real Estate of the said James Worden Din or any part thereof in a state to be delivered to him free and unencumbered from taxes and all other claims and suits connected with the ownership which estate to be handed over the deemed under the terms of Court of Probate of the said town aforementioned during by the said William Wildon Gent. the aforesaid Representative to the Court of probate on the 5th day of November 1823 for the order & direction on the venue as re- corded on the said probate full Court Court House in said county of Washington the above mentioned Real Estate of the said Din. to be sold under the terms of the said probate full Court Court House at W. Kingston aforesaid within and for the County of Washington on the Monday of October the 12th 1823 being the 12th day of the month October above written the Purchaser who shall bid the Real Estate of the said James Worden Din or any part thereof in a state to be delivered to him free and unencumbered from taxes and all other claims and suits connected with the ownership which estate to be handed over the deemed under the terms of Court of Probate of the said town aforementioned during by the said William Wildon Gent. the aforesaid Representative to the Court of probate on the 5th day of November 1823 for the order & direction on the venue as re- corded on the said probate full Court Court House in said county of Washington the above mentioned Real Estate of the said Din. to be sold under the terms of the said probate full Court Court House at W.
