63 Know All men by their Presents that I S. Nicholas Clarke of Charlestown in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island & Providence Plantations, in free Consideration of the Sum of Eight Pounds Currency Dollars to me in hand paid by Henry Clarke & Joshua Clarke of the Town, County and State aforesaid the Present writing I do hereby acknowledge to be paid, full, just and valuable consideration, and by these Presents do grant, bargain and sell convey transfer and assign unto the said Henry and Joshua Clarke, their heirs and assigns forever, All that piece or parcel of Land situated, lying and being in the Town of Charlestown, the west corner more or less, butted and bounded Town boundary, on the West, by the West road of the Town of Charlestown, bound East unto a certain stone wall, bounded Northerly in the part and until it come to the land owned by Peter Clarke, then bounded Easterly in part of land of the said Peter until it come to the wall of the said Peter, then bounded Northerly to the part of land owned by the said Peter until it come to the said stone wall, then bounded Southerly by y^e said wall bounded easterly on the Gorton land until it come to the said first mentioned boundary. More or less and to hold the said granted and bargained premises forever free from all encumbrances whatsoever forever. And I said S. Nicholas Clarke, do request my Hon^r Executors and Administra tors to do Convey and deliver to the above named Persons the remainder of the said Henry & Joshua Clarke their heirs and assigns forever in the same manner as the said Henry & Joshua Clarke their heirs and assigns forever in the same manner as the said Henry & Joshua Clarke their heirs and assigns forever in the same manner as the said
