Know all men by these present that I William Kenyon of Richmond County of Washington State of Rhode Island have Remised Released and forever devised and conveyed and do by these presents remise release forever and forever quit claim unto Samuel Kenyon of Providence County of Rhode Island State of Rhode Island and to his heirs and assigns and to be to them foreverly remise release and forever quit claim unto Samuel Kenyon of Providence County of Rhode Island State of Rhode Island Kenyon of Providence County of Rhode Island State and County aforesaid one lot of land lying in the town of Charlestown State and County aforesaid said lot is half in the first part and half in the second part of the land formerly pertaining to a certain person named William Ringon of England Citizen of the town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island and County of Washington aforesaid in the aforesaid town of Charlestown by a division made last year 1793 of the common land by a division made last year 1793 of the said common land said lot is a division fallen to me and my heirs and assigns as the aforesaid William Ringon aforesaid the said lot was measured and set out by the surveyors of said town and they have agreed that said lot was measured and set out correctly and was set out as follows to wit The said William Ringon his heirs and assigns shall have boundary line the west with the west boundary line of the lot of a certain person named the Lows Ringon bounded on the North and South and depths from boundary is bounded on the South by a certain Lot of land belonging to a certain person named Catherine in the aforesaid town of Charlestown County of Washington in the south west corner of the said lot is a stone boundary on approach and fast on the North and East by the Common’s
