442 Know all Men by these presents That I Isaac Saunders of Botton burgh in the County of Providence & state of New York, being Appointed by my late Father Edward Saunders in the Last Will and Testament thereof Sole and Sole Executor of y^e Will, and as it is Decreed and declared in Said Will all Real Estate belonging to y^e Estate of Samuel Saunders Deceased to be sold at the discretion of the executor and Executor for the Payment of the Just debts Estate Date Now Know ye that I the said Isaac Saunders Executor as aforesaid and for and Consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred and fifty dollars paid to me in hand Said sum being for the Conveying & Delivery hereof by the Copy Right of the Town of Charlestown County of Washington & state of Rhode Island the Right the Whole and all of y^e said hereby annexed large and all Annexities thereto fully Satisfied Contained and paid All of y^e said Benjamin & Benjamin Barnes & Company confirm unto the said Beny Healy Heirman has been and longer forever their Heirs whoever let be Owner or trustee of such Estate as let situated in the Town of Charlestown to the Other in the Town of Mastery all in said Washington County from in Charlestown bounded as follows (Now) Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Land there ing Easterly Bounded Northly by Edward Moore’s lands until it comes to Jordan’s Land there, Then Southly Bounded by a Indian land until it comes to the southeast corner of the land formerly owned by the Name of Mark Lane, Then Easterly by a Road land until it comes to George Howard’s land, Then by said Howard, then by Benjamin Barnes land until it comes to the Northeast corner of y^e tract, Then Westerly bound edly by Indian land until it comes to the Northeast corner of Jordan’s land, Then South easterly by Indian land until it comes to Daniel Townsend’s land then by Highway to the first bounded, Bounded Easterly by Determination after survey, acres the site same more or less Land lying in said Charlestown Bounded as follows (Now) Beginning at the Northeast Corner of a lot the said formerly belonging to Joseph Saunders in the Solar called White’s land, from there South westerly four acres and fourteen links’ lot laid in Benjamin Barnes’ land, Then with East degree four acres & fourteen links’ lot laid in a Straight line to the first mentioned bound Degree and conveying and annexing to the land of Isaac Saunders Deceased all Trees in wood in said Charlestown Also all the One tract of land in said Westerly bounded on lying at a Stake & Stones Near an Old Stump being the Southwest Corner of said land then, in the Southwest corner of this tract, Then North 12 w 11 chains & 52 links to a Stake and Stones There then West 10 degrees 0 North 12 chains & 12 links to a Stake of Stones on a rock and the Northeast corner of Camelina Watson’s land, Then south one w 13 chains & 6 links to a Stake and Stones being the Southwest corner of tract and the Northeast corner of the state on land, Then by a Straight line to the first mentioned land, containing fourteen acres be the same more or less. To All the said and all the aforesaid Benjamin & Benjamin Barnes unless the said Beny Healy Heirman and longer forever to his and his heirs, only Benefit and delight of forever together with all the trees signs and Appurtenances to the same belonging; And I the said Isaac Saunders on my said act and seal by virtue of the Authority Given me as Aforesaid, do for myself my Heirs and Assigns Promise and grant to the said with the said Beny Healy Heirman and longer forever the Enacting sum of land will be raised of the Aforesaid Possession and have in my right to dispose of the same as Aforesaid and will do and warrant Seize and Repossess

And Susanna Saunders Wife of the date said Isaac Saunders Dei: also for the Consideration aforesaid, and more especially in consequence of a Mortgage Deed made on said land for the Security of the Interest of the Third part of the Money arising from the sale of said land. hath made and surrendered all her Right of Dower and Release of third of in and unto the Above Premises In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals this 5 day of September be in the year of our Lord A.D. 1820. On the day and date Above Written in Ben Appeared the Above named Isaac Saunders and his wife Susanna Saunders and Solemnly acknowledged the Above Instrument to be their free Voluntarily act. & Deed lands and seals for the Purpose there mentioned. Before Samuel Stanton Junt Peace KNOW all men by these presents That I Gary Healy of Charleston in the Coun ty of Washington State of Rhode Island & Prov for any and in Consideration of the sum of ten hundred & Eighty then Dollars and fifty three cents paid one half by Susanna Saunders of Charleston County and State aforesaid and the other half duly authorized by the nearby Gov. Com Bargen Stell County and Confirm unto the said Susanna Saunders during her Nat Life and After her death to Susanna Saunders of Northbridge Essex the Estate of her late father Isaac Saunders after her death. Certain Tract of land lying in said Charleston containing by estimation of acres seven the same more or less and is bounded as follows beginning the Northwest Corner of 3 and some more turning Easterly bounding Northly on Budricks land till it come to Indian land Then Southerly by Indian land till it come to the Southwest corner of the land family known by the Name of the land; there Easterly by 3 and some land; Then Southerly by said Deed and then to the land; there Easterly by said Richard Land to Benjamin in Rogers Heir land which it come to the Southeast corner of said Home; Then westerly bounding Southerly by Indian land till it to the Northwest corner of said Indian land, then Southerly by said Indian land & to Stanton land to the Highway; Then by said Highway to the first mentioned Bound To have and to hold all the aforesaid Premises with all the Conveyages and App tenances to the same belonging to her the said Susanna Saunders to her during her Nat Life.
