434 To all People to whom these Presents shall Come we Madam Donella Holbrook Henry M Holbrook & Donella Holbrook of Richmond in the County of Westminster Send Greeting Know ye That we the Donella Holbrook Henry M Holbrook & Donella Holbrook Wife of the said Henry for and consideration of the Sum of One Thousand & Five Hundred Dollars to us in hand before the Ex- ecution hereof well and truly paid by said Lewis Kenyon of North Kingston in the County of Washing- ton the Right whereof we do hereby acknowledge and by these presents fully Entitled certify and confirm) and for some Part of and Brownsing Green Justr Peace Know all men by these presents That I Clark Browning of Charleston in the County of Washington & State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations, for in Consideration of the sum of one hundred and Eighty Dollars to me in hand paid by George Browning of Charleston County & State aforesaid upon the receipt whereof I do hereby sell & convey to the said Henry Great George Browning Sole & Consort with the said George Browning in their Complement together Lot of land lying & Being in Charleston in Washington County State of Rhode Is- land bounded by Eastern eighteen feet, the same more or less, by a street bounded & fastened to lot containing fourteen feet, along the street & State & Town by the boundary by the size of about four adjoining George Browning three; then North thirty deg East George Browning land to reach the twenty feet then North thirty deg East on a Browning Land forty six rods to a heap of stone & five twenty feet then North thirty deg East, road to the Highway, then bounded upon the Highway first mountains bounds, & end bound beginning at the Corner of a Deed adjoining George ning land Three North forty deg East to reach Stone adjoining Browning George Land, then North twenty rods to a Stump & Stone, bounded by said George Land, then West forty deg North forty a Stump & Stone adjoining Daniel Dix land, those bounded westerly by Northern Highway and roads is the first north hand bounds. So shall & shall be the said Grants and conveyan- = mure with the privileges and appurtenances thereunto to him the said George Browning for and assigns forever, to his and their use and Behoof forever.
