415. To all People to whom these Presents shall Come, I Bely Cross one of the Sheriff's Deputies in the County of Washington void Greeting. Whereas an Execution against Gardner Tucker State of Charleston, whose place of Residence is at present Unknown, at the Suit of Nathan Tucker of Charleston in the County of Washington, Gentleman, was by me the Bely Cross Deputy Sheriff in as aforesaid, Leveid on About Thirty Acres of Land Situate in Charleston be the Same now or after, and is Bounded Easterly by the Road which ly that leads into the Great Swamp, Northerly on Joe Stanton Jr and the Company Land, Midler on John Bentley Esq and Northerly on the Legon's & Nathan Tucker Land or Meadow the same the Same may be Bounded.
