414 Know All Men by these Presents that I Nathan Tucker of Charlestown County of Washington State of Rhode Island Yeoman, in consideration of the Sum of thirty Dollars and paid by the Church of the Dorin and County aforesaid Yeoman the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, to sell convey Grant Bargain Sell, and Convey unto the said the Church, his Heirs and assigns forever one Certain Parcel of Land situated in Charlestown containing about three Acres in the Town more or less and in Bounds as follows, Beginning at a Large Black Oak on the North West Corner of the same more about it as then running easterly by the land of John Terry until it strikes Garden Tucker's Land and then easterly by said Garden Tucker's Land until it strikes the Highway that Leads into the Great North Road and then easterly until it strikes the land of the Heir of William Tucker and John Tucker's Land and then southerly until it strikes the first Mentioned Highway, or Thoroughfare as the Same may be bounded. To Have and to Hold the said good and Bargained Premises with all the Privileges, and Appurtenances thereunto of the said the Church in their Heirs and assigns forever, to their Use and benefit forever. And the said Nathan Tucker forever his Heirs Counters and Administrators Covenants with the said the Church their Heirs and assigns that they are lawfully seized in fee of the Premises, that they are free from all incumbrances, and that I will and concur and defend the Same to the said the Church in their Heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful Claims of all Persons. And I Dorcas Tucker for the Consideration above Mentioned do agree up in Consideration by my Right of Dower and also by force of mind of in and unto the before Named and Bargained Premises without any Right of Dower and also by force of mind of in and unto the before Named and Bargained Premises without any Right of Dower and also by force of mind of in and unto the before Named and Bargained
