C. d. deed foregoing and binding Instrument to be their Voluntary act and deed with their hand and seal the same date Above given me Blig S. Morrison Justice Peace Know All men by these presents That I Joshua Hazard of Narragansett in the County of Kent ington and State of Rhode Island yeoman; am Conductor on the sum of Six hundred Dollars due by Robert Hazard (of Joseph) of Conductors in the County aforesaid The receipt whereof I hereby Acknowledge upon the hereby Convey and forever Warrant unto the said Robert Hazard (of Joseph) his heirs and Assigns for all the rights Title and Interest Property Delivery Claim Challenge or whatsoever I have in and unto one certain Piece of Land situate in West Charleston containing by Estimation forty seven perches more or less and Bounded as follows Beginning at a stake with Stone about it Three tenths South 28 degrees East forty perches road & Quarter to a stake and stone about it Three tenths by the North road then Easterly on the said road one hundred and eighty feet road to a stake with Stone about it Three tenths North 24 degrees East forty feet road with stone about it Tree marked on over Six Three tenths South 24 degrees East hundred feet to a stake and stone Home North Seventy four degrees West eighty feet Road road to a stake and Stone in a direct line to the place of Beginning.
