395 To All People to whom these presents shall come Greeting; Know ye That Joshua Hazard of Westerly in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and Providence for and in Consideration of the Sum of Three Thousand Dollars to me one hand Before the = long hereof well and truly paid by Robert Hazard (of Forsyth) of the Town of Westerly in the County aforesaid, the Receipt Hereof said hereby Acknowledged, myself the party of the first part called and named) here give Grant Bargain and Sell Absolute and Entirely Engaged for = ever and confirmed and by these presents do Fully justify Authenticate give Grant Pay = over All Alien Alienate convey and Confirm unto the said Robert Hazard (of Forsyth) his Heirs Executors Administrator and Assigns forever, a Certain Lot of Land Situate in Cumberland aforesaid, Bounded on Easterly on boundary line Established on Hundred Acres more or less and in bounds as follows: Beginning at a White Stone marking Boundary Expresses the North West corner of the first road which intersects the Corner of (Siddell) and from thence running East North Eastly and a half degree Northly along the boundary line between a Stake and a Stone; hence North North Westly along the boundary line between Clara and Forsyth = to a Stake and a Stone; hence East North Eastly and a half degree North Westly along the boundary line between a Stake and a Stone; thence East South Easterly along the boundary line between Clara and Forsyth to the North West corner of Stone; thence East South easterly along the boundary line between Luke and the road in the manner Thus North North Western along the boundary line between Robert and Martin until to a road called Brook, West North Western along the boundary line between Robert and Martin until to a North West Brook marked with a about it, and from thence South Western and Three Quarter degree East until to the place of beg = ing bounding Northly partly by the first part, and partly by the first Lot called Cumberland Easterly by = edging Mary Northly partly by the boundary line between Mary and Forsyth and partly by (Siddell) West and Northly by Christopher G. Chamberlain, land. TO HAVE AND to hold all the Above Described Grant = and Bargained premises with all the Appurtenances to the same belonging in or anywise app = taining unto the said Robert Hazard (of Forsyth) his Heirs and Assigns to him and his heirs proper use Benefit and Behoof forever. And the said Joshua Hazard do Covenant and promise = Grant and to will the said Robert Hazard (of Forsyth) his Heirs and Assigns that hereafter and unto the Everlasting Remedy as the True Sole and beneficial owner of the above bargained premises and unrestrictedly void and vacated of the Same in my own right proper right as a good rightful and Absolute Owner = Inheritor in fee simple during or moving my good right full force and Complete entirely and = devoid of the Same in manner apparent and that the said bargain is bargained and premises are and may part = is absolutely Free and Clear of all manner of power or Other the Grant, Bargain, Purchase = Mortgage, Writ, Entailment, Forclosure, Judgment, Executions Encumbrances and Estoppels, Titles = I the said Joshua Hazard for myself my Heirs Executors and Administrator do Convey and Exp = all the Before Bargained premises unto him the said Robert Hazard (of Forsyth) his Heirs and Assigns against the Unlawful Claim and demand of any person or persons Whatever forever unrestrict = Variant Same and defend. Said Elizabeth Hazard wife of the said Joshua Hazard date for the Consideration aforesaid by these presents fully and entirely Give yield up and hand = all Right of Dower and Power of Third of mine and on until the Before Demised and bargain land = to him the said Robert Hazard (of Forsyth) his Heirs and Assigns forever. C. L. foregoing bonding Instrument to be their Voluntary act and deed with their hands and seals this date before me Blig S. Morrison Justice Peace KNOW All men by these presents That I Joshua Hazard of Narragansett in the County of Kent ington and State of Rhode Island yeoman; on Consideration of the Sum of Fifty Dollars due to David Hazard (of Joseph) of Conductors in the County aforesaid The receipt whereof I hereby Acknowledge agree to the hereby Convey and forever Warrant within the said Robert Hazard (of Joseph) his heirs and Assigns all the rights title and Interest Deputy Conveyance or whatsoever I have in and unto one Certain Piece of Land situate in East Charlestown bounding by Estimation by Eastern side forty two more or less of a Bound and bounded by Western at allake with Stone about it Three feet South 28 degrees East partly following said road to a stake at a lake and then by the North road then Easterly to the said road one hundred and eighty feet road to the stake with Stone about it Three feet North 20 degrees East partly following said road to a stake marked with three notches on two sides Three feet South 15 degrees East then border to a stake at a lake then North 20 degrees East border to a stake and Stone in a direct line to the place of Beginning.
