The lawful Claims or demands of any person or Persons Whatsoever forego to Warrant Seizure and
by these presents. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Affixed my Seal &

for
and Acknowledged the Same to be his own Voluntary act and
Samuel Stanton (L.S) Deed into the Same hand & Seal thereunto Affixed before me

KNOW all men by these presents That I Robert Haraud (of pr) of Charleston in the
of Washington georgia on Consideration of the Sum of Six hundred dollars paid one by forha
Heraud of Madeira natively in the County aforesaid Surname, the Receipt whereof I do hereby Acknow
Ledge do hereby remise release and forever Demise Quit claim unto the said Forha his Heirs and
Assigns forever all the Right title and Interest property Claim Challenge and demand
That I have or am to have (one Certain lot of town Lot) in Charleston aforesaid containing
as my bordering Estimation fully more or less boundaries as follows Beginning at a Stake and heap of
Stones Cornerd at Home Running South East 42 degs and a Quarter to a Stake and heap of
Stones by the County Road and from thence as the Road runs Eastward One hundred and Twenty
Eight Rods to a Stake with Straw around it from thence N 19 degs W 40 Rods to a Fence with a
Cake Tree marked as one Stake from thence South 80 degs W 12 Rods to a Stake and from thence South
75 degs W 12 Rods to a Stake and from thence Eastward eight Rods to the first mentioned line
or however otherwise bounding Being the Same Lot of Forha of south Carolina employe by this Deed
will Appear to have and to Hold the said premises his inherited premises with all the advantages or
Appurtenances Thereof to him the said Forha his Heirs and Assigns forever to his and their use and
behoof forever And I the said Robert for me my Heirs Executors and Administrators do Covenant
to do with the said Forha his Heirs and Assigns that I am Seized of Possess that they are
for uncommon and that I will Warrant the said inherited premises against all Claim to the said Forha
his Heirs and Assigns and hereby forever bar myself my Heirs Executors and Administrators from all
Claim to the Same For Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal at Charleston
Aforesaid this twentyfourth day of January in the year 1818
