To all People to whom these presents shall come knowye.
that I Joshua Bogs of Providence in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island
citizen for the consideration of one hundred and ninety four Dollars & more in
Hand before the delivering of these presents and treaty had by Benjamin Browning resident of
Westerly in the same County to labour in the service of the hereby acknowledged and
thereafter fully satisfied contents and to end and finish and of every part and piece do
Contract and Discharge him the said Benjamin Browning his heirs and Assigns for as
said I have given granted bargained delivered Sold and conveyed for as and
consideration within him the said Benjamin Browning his heirs and assigns forever, known
containing a bottom of a certain Lot of land situate lying and being in the situation
containing Thirty Acres be it the same more or less by bounds and measures in the following
manner viz Beginning at a rock bleach Oak pole North to a stone about a foot in
the S. E. of a post from thence running North 7. North 44 degs 6' 50 to a heap of stones
