Know all Men by these presents that I Stephen Browning of
Charlestown in Washington county State of Rhode Island love and good
will to Give grant and by my son John Browning by Deed my said Second to
land lying on the East Side in said Town near Mashaway Island
containing about five Acres.
To have and to hold to the Above named Grantee in full
all the Appurtenances and advantages and conveniences belonging to the Same
belonging be it in any piece Astertaining further that between the said John
Browning his heirs and assigns forever and the sd Stephen Browning
do covenant and agree that my self my heirs executors and administrators
do grant John Browning his heirs and assigns for said land hereafter
to warrant and defend by these presents the above before
demised premises against all Lawfull Claims & Demands
of any person as persons whatsoever
In Witness whereof I have set to it my hand and
seal this thirtieth Day of April 1816.

Sealor of this Instrument acknowledged the Same to be
