Know all Men By these Presents That that Joshua
Tucker and Elizabeth Tucker his wife of South Kingstown town in this County of
Washington and State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations
in consideration of the Sum of One Dollar to be Paid by Matthew Card
of Christstown town in Washington County and State of Rhode Island aforesaid
Given me the Receipts whereof I do hereby Acknowledge Have remised
released and forever Quit Claimed unto the said William Card his heirs and
Assigns forever Two Lotts One House and Parcel of Land lying in Christstown
in Washington County and State of Rhode Island containing by Estimation
Forty Acres the he had the Same more or less and is bounded as follows
First Lot bounded on the North upon the Highway Westward bounded on
Land belonging to the Heirs of Augustus Card bounded on the South on
Land of Zach Card and 20 ps. Rode and on Land of Joshua Tucker from
Joshua's Card land the North to a Stake and thence South West 2°
West 2712 Rodes Kelly Card Land thence North 51° East to Job Card
Land thence North East the Highway bounding on Job Card Land
Second Lot bounded on the North on Land of Augustus J. Card on the
West and South bounded on Land of Henry Perry on the East on Pasquessitt
Pond
To Have and to Hold the same together with all the
Privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the
Said William Card his Heirs and Assigns forever
In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our Hands and
Seals this 14 Day of March A.D 1845.
