Know all Men By these Presents that I William Card of Charlestown
in Washington County and State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations
Yeoman, in Consideration of the Sum of One Dollar Paid me by Ezra Card
of Charlestown in Washington County and State of Rhode Island and
Providence Plantations Yeoman. the Right Title and Interest I acknowledge
Have remised released and forever Quit Claimed and do by these Presents
remise release and forever Quit Claim all right unto the said Ezra Card
his Heirs and Assigns forever One Certain Parcel of Land of Place of Land
lying in Charlestown in Washington County and State of Rhode Island
and Providence Plantations Containing by Estimation forty acres more or
less more or less Life And it bounds as follows South East North upon
Land of Jb Card. But the West by the said William Card Land. But the
South by the Land of Joshua Card. But on the East On Purgatory Brook.
To have and to Hold the same together with all the
Privileges and Appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said
Ezra Card his Heirs and Assigns forever. And Martha my wife
of the said William Card for the Consideration Above written the
said wife and likewise all my right of Power and powers of
there of and to the before Named and Bargained Premisses to
him the Sd Ezra Card his Heirs and Assigns forever.
In Testimony whereof we have hereunto set our Hands &
Seals this 14th Day of March A.D. 1815.
