252 Know all Men by these presents that I Stephen Stanton of Charlestown in the county of bristol in State of Rhode Island Yeoman Do for and in consideration of the sum of twenty four Dollars to me in hand well and truly paid by Daniel Stanton of the same County and State aforesaid Have Given Granted bargained and Sold and do here- by grant bargain deliver to said Daniel Stanton his heirs and assigns forever One Certain piece of Land lying in the Town of Charlestown aforesaid containing by estimation four acres in the same more or less and bounded as follows Beginning at the North east corner of this Lot of said Sarah Stanton course of south east some 12 rods to the North side of a low from there North easterly bounding my saying the aforesaid lands and abutting some the granted land from there North easterly bounding the by the Road and extending straight the aforesaid highway thence south westerly bounding the aforesaid highway to the aforesaid the first mentioned Bound and Covenant to hold to have and hold the above granted and bargained premises together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Daniel Stanton his heirs and assigns forever as absolute estate in inheritance in fee simple forever And the aforesaid Stephen Stanton says that he has further delivered to the said Daniel and the above Daniel Stanton brings before the said Stephen Stanton his heirs and assigns forever that the above Daniel Stanton brings before the said Stephen Stanton his heirs and assigns forever that the above Demands & Demand of any Person or Persons whatsoever followeth thereafter Warrant secured and defended by these presents.
