Know all Men by these presents that I Augustines Saunders
of Quensberg in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island command
for and in consideration of two hundred Dollars to me in hand well & Truly
paid by Nathan Saunders of Charlestown in the County of Washington St. State of
Rhode Island & Providence Plantations Governing The Receipt whereof to be to my
Satisfaction not Considering these Given Quit Claim Bargained Sold and Conveyed Limited
and confirmed unto him the said Nathan Saunders his Heirs & Assigns forever in
his actual Seisin and Possession Now Being all the Right Title Interest proper
by Claim or Demand I now have Ever had or Ever have after Ever have by force
or Virtue of the Last will and Testament of My Father Father Mr.
Daniel Saunders Late of St Charlestown Deceased as being a Legatee named in
said will and in unto all the Lands Tenements Buildings and Fixtures remaining
that the Sd Daniel Saunders Deceased Possessed of situate lying & being
in said Charlestown The Tract above or the Dwelling House & other Buildings
Now Containing Estimated by Estimation Eighty Acres be the same more Deg
and bounded southerly by the Post Road called by Thomas Nessey Egys Land
Northerly partly by Daniel Saunders Land & Partly by Peley Hop Land westerly
partly by Nathan Taylors Land partly by Samuel Taylors Land partly by the
Greatest Land partly by the Sd Thomas Nessey Egys Land and partly by the
Sd Greates Land to the said Post Road and also one small lot of land north
Meadow lying and being in St Charlestown In a place known by the name of
the Spond in the east branch in accentuating some part
To have And to hold the above Described Bargained & Quit Claimed
Tenements together with all the Privileges and Appurtenances free from all
Incumbrances to him the Sd Nathan Saunders his Heirs & Assigns as an
absolute Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple forever and I the said
Augustines Saunders for myself my Heirs Executors administrators
and Assigns Do by force and Virtue of these Presents against all the Right title
Interest Property Claims & Demands I now have Ever had or Ever have done
by the aforesaid will & kinship of Me unto the above Described premises
to him the Sd Nathan Saunders his Heirs & Assigns forever Fully vesting
all the Power and Right as aforesaid I now have Ever had Ever
hereafter have in the above Described Premises to him the said Nathan
Saunders his Heirs and Assigns as fully and amply as myself have Ever done
Before the Sealing & Signing of these Presents and Lois Saunders wife
of the above Named Augustines Saunders Doth for the Consideration aforesaid give
Yield up and Surrender all her Right of Dower and Cover of Thirds of In and
unto the Above or written Described and Quit Claimed Premises unto
him the Sd Nathan Saunders his Heirs & Assigns forever.

Personally appeared the Above described Augustus Saunders
Sealer & Signer of the foregoing Instrument and Acknowledged
the same to be his free act and Deed with his Hand and Seal
thereunto affixed, Before Saml Bliven Justice Peace
Washington County Town of Questonsety 15 May AD 1806,
Personally Appeared One of the Above Subscribed Lois Saunders
Sealer and Signer of the Above Instrument and Acknowledged
that She Signed and Sealed the same to be her free act and
Deed without Compulsion which Appeared thereunto Affixed
Recorded March 24, 1805

Know all men by these presents that if Nathan Saunders of Charlestown
on the County of Washington and state of Rhode Island Georgia to be for the
Compensation of Five Hundred Dollars to me in hand well and truly paid
by William Gook John of the same County and State aforesaid Given
the Receipt whereof is to my full Satisfaction & Content have Given Grants
bargained and sold and by these presents Do Give Grant Bargain sell All
fully Perfectly and Absolutely Convey and Confirm unto the sd William
Gook & his Heirs and Assigns forever Three Certain Tracts or Lots of Land
Both in state Legal Grant and Being in the Town of Charlestown aforesaid
Containing by Estimation Both Lots (20a) the first Lot lying North of
the Post Road and Containing by Estimation Thirty five acres be the same one
or Less and is Bounded and bounded as follows Being Bounded on the South
east Corner of this Lot and the Settlement Corner of John Saunders Land on
the North side of the Post Road from thence Running Northly and bounding
Easterly by the said John Saunders Land until it Comes to thence bounding
South east Corner of his wood lot from thence Westerly bounding Northly
by the said Thomas Housey Land to the Northeast Corner of the sd Thomas
Housey
