635 I, GRACE G. GAVITT, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to GLENN F. GODDEN and MILDRED A. GODDEN, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants and not Tenants in Common, meaning to the survivor, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and described as Follows: That certain lot or parcel of land, situated on the northerly side of the State Highway, commonly called "Post Road," bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the end of a stone wall on the northerly side of said Post Road at the southeasterly corner of premises, now or Formerly of Marion Cyr, and at the southeasterly corner of premises hereby conveyed; thence running northerly, along said wall, a distance of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet; thence turning at right angles and running easterly a distance of One Hundred (100) feet; thence turning at right angles and running southerly, a distance of One Hundred Fifty (150) feet, more or less, to said Post Road; thence turning and running westerly, a distance of One Hundred (100) feet, to the point and place of beginning. Bounded westerly by land of said Marion Cyr, northerly and easterly by other land of the Grantor, and southerly by said Post Road. I hereby covenant that I am unmarried.
