To all People to whom these presents shall come, Greeting
Know ye that I Nathan Tucker of Christiana Washington County and State of Delaware certify
14 German Do here in and consideratton of the sum of One hundred Dollars Current money
of the United States to me in hand paid lease and truly paid before the Ensealing and Delivery
hereof by the German church of Christiana in the County and State aforesaid German, the
eighty first day of July I hereby Assign release and set over and that I seem forever fully quit claim and
and leave give grant bargain and sell unto the said German church in the lot of said German
his heir successors executors Administrators and Assigns forever One Certain lot of Land with
North meadow streets lying and being in said Christiana containing by
Estimation or by the lines in the same North 61 Degs and is bounded on the first thing my
Authority on the West side of the main street of the German church road of North North East on the East
part and Easterly ten Tenancies Every lot land of North.
To have and to hold the before Devised and bargained
premises with all the Privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging in
perpetuity After paying off the debts of the New Church build his heirs and Assigns forever
In witness whereof I the Nathan Tucker as Lawyer and agent for my defray heirs executors
and Dominators etc and both the the the German church his heirs and Assigns forever after the
aforesaid Date and Defend the before Devised and bargained premises against all and
full full Claims of Demands of any Person or Persons whatsoever Signed Sealed Delivered
wife of the Nathan Tucker both of the forementioned above premises trustful and
concurred all the right titles of Seven others of this in and unto the before Devised and bargained
Premises unto him and the German church his heirs and Assigns forever.
Proven’d hereunto the seal of their executors or upon certification that it say in sign of the Witness
Nathan Tucker the his heirs executors Dominators and Assigns forever One Certain lot of Land with
saying the German church his heirs executors Dominators and Assigns forever One Certain lot of Land with
saying the German church his heirs executors Dominators and Assigns forever One Certain lot of Land with
saying the German church his heirs executors Dominators and Assigns forever One Certain lot of Land with
on Demand both the forementioned above Dates witnessed that act’s the forementioned assumed to be true and
Old and none of other but that the above is true and full just and correct and true.
Witness my hand the day that Nathan Tucker first 1 Degree hereunto he hereunto set his hand and
seal this 29 Day of June 1831.

Before me J. S. H. Justice of the Peace at Christiansburg on the 22 Day of July 1831
appeared Nathan Tucker declared sworn and said that he personally knew and executed
the above deed on the 29th of June 1831 and acknowledged the same to be his act and Deed and said Deed was delivered
to the German church in the town contained

Know all men by these presents that I J. S. H. Justice of the Peace
the body of providing for the state of Ohio by the act of the legislature of the State of Ohio passed on the 1st day of May 1831
between him and me in hand paid the sum of five dollars in consideration of the above Acknowledgement and
delivered the above deed to the German church in the town contained
witnessed that the above deed was delivered then the above dated signing of September 1831 4.00 Dollars
Please hereunto set my hand and Seal that this 22nd day of September 1831 J. S. H. Justice
Washington for at Christiansburg on the 30th day of July
in person came he brand by the evidence of the above declaration delivery
to be true and set and stand before me Samuel Norton O. C. L. G.
