101 Set our Hands and Seals this Thirteenth Day of April A.D. 1818 Signed Sealed and Delivered In Presence of Randall Clarke Jeffrey Champlin Washington Co. Chartletown Apr 13th 1813. Personally appeared the Honored Named Nathan Tucker & Dorcas Tucker Signers & Sealer to the above & foregoing Instrument and Acknowledged the Same to be their free Voluntary act and Deed Seals etc to Officer for the Purposes Herein Contained Before Joshua Card Justice Peace Know all Men by these Presents That We Hon Ringo Munson & Dolley Munson his wife & John Hay & Sadie Hay his wife Benjamin Hay & Margaret Hay his wife Jeffrey Mason & Sarah Mason His wife William Card & Mary Card his wife Edward Card & Polly Card his wife William Hay & Mary Catherine Hay his wife Peter Pelton & a married woman & Elizabeth Berry his wife, all of Charlestown & South Kingstown in the county of Washington & State of New England Whereas I the latter Men for the Consideration of the sum of twenty Seven Dollars in hand paid by Samuel Hay of Charlestown in the county of Washington State of New England have Given the Receipt whereof We Do hereby Acknowledge have Given Released and forever Quit claimed and Do by this Indenture Remise Release Forever Quit claimed unto the said Samuel Hay his Heirs & Assigns forever from A certain tract of Parcel of Land lying in Charlestown in said County of Washington being by Estimation Eight acres & three Quarter Lot the Same Near or Adj to the North & Bordered on West first beginning at a Large Rock near first par Pole to the East of Clarke's land then East 40 rods & 20 links By [illeguible] to the East of Clarke's land then East 40 rods & 20 links By [illeguible] to a Post Samuel Hay land then Southerly by Samuel Hay's land to a Post said Post to a Stake and then about that it is from Hay's line thence west on Degree North By John Hay's land forty four rods & 20 links by a Post Both at the Corner of John Hay's land and in the Edge of Shaved Greens land then Northerly by the Edge of Shaved Greens land till it Corners to Clarke's Green Northwest corner of his land then Easterly By Samuel Hay's land till it Corners to the first mentioned Post Do Have and To hold the above said Piece this with all the privileges and Appurtenances there unto Belonging to him the said Samuel Hay his heirs and Assigns forever In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our Hands & Seals this 20th Day of February in the Year one thousand Eight hundred & Eight Signed Sealed and Delivered In Presence of Joshua Card Jr Nathan Tucker
