Know all Men by these presents that I Joseph Koxney Jr
witness named names for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty Eight hundred and fifty five
Dollars and to have and to be to me in hand paid by Edward Meisner of
Charleston in Washington county Georgia the amount which I do hereby
Acknowledge Have HAVE Sold assigned Transferred and let over both in Deed and
Delivery his name and A signed for ever the full contents of his settlement Did of [illegible]
in Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Charleston
the Eleventh Day of February 1813

Named fourth Koxney Jr and Acknowledged the within Assignment to be
his Voluntary Act and Deed Hand and Seals though Offered before me
the Undersigned this tenth Day of March One Thousand Eight hundred
and thirteen 1813—

of Charleston in Washington County Esq for and in Consideration of the Sum of
One hundred Seventy five Dollars and Seventy Eight Cents together with the lawful
Interest thereon from on from the Date of this Deed to me in hand before the coming
here of will and truly paid and received by Robert Allen Man of Reputation in the County of
Washington Georgia the Dessert whereas I do hereby Acknowledge I do hereby Assign and
Set over the said Robert Allen his heirs and Assignees the present Mortgage Deed
To have and hold to the same Assignee to the Effect and tenor of
Deed of Mortgage to the said Robert Allen his heirs and Assignees forever
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the 80 Day
of March 1813
