116 and the premises herein a lease described are intended to convey and contain all that farm in Charlestown aforesaid wiring which the said Christotpher GAttorney said bargained did sagd and agreed and promised other such pieces of land as above described to convey the same way. To convey to the said the said undesired there or third part of said farm by together with all the buildings and appurtenances thereon and all the privileges and appurtenances belonging to the same bringing all the right title, and interest of the said Margaret Mason as one of the heirs by right law as are foundly in void of the same to the said Christopher Grant Champlin his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Margaret Mason for my self my heirs executors and Administrators do hereby covenant to and will to the said Christopher Grant His heirs and assigns forever to warrant and clear and Defend the premises to him the said Christopher Grant his heirs and assigns Free of all encumbrances I convey the right of Bequest therein of Margaret Champlin widow of deceased and also an inhabitant of town heated and sixty four bounds of State church division and capable to Townhall in Newports formally acting officer for Champlin and free clear of all claims demands and Demand of all persons claiming same by or under me the grantor. In Testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal the thirty first Day of December in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and eleven 1811.
