To all People to whom these Presents shall come, I Luke = Mauers of Newport in the County of Newport North east Son of John Mauers of said Newport and Hannah Mauers his late wife send Greeting Know Ye that I the said Luke Mauers Just and in case Consideration of the sum of Three hundred and fifty Dollars one in Hand before the Executing these presents have and trust paid by Joseph Hunter fy Lee of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island to the said Luke Mauers whereof I do hereby acknowledge receipt and agree that with all Content and satisfaction had and there of and of any other way heart and home therefore do Sell bargain by Agree and Discharge then the said Joseph Hunter by his Heirs Executors and Administrators forever by these Presents Absolute Demise Released and forever Quit Claimed unto them the said Joseph Hunter fy One sixth part of a Certain farm Piece of land situate lying partly in Charlestown and partly in westerly in the County of Washington st and State of the same aforesaid as Tract of Land which was given and conveyed to Joseph Malone of Westerly aforesaid and Dese in his Last Will and Testament to the aforementioned Hannah Mauers wife of the said John Mauers and Mother of the said Luke Mauers to her Heirs and Assigns as by Reference to all more fully appear To have and to hold all and hold the above Described and Quit Claimed Premises with all the Privileges appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said Joseph Hunter by his Heirs and Assigns forever And I the said Luke Mauers do covenant Grant agree forever performing all my Executors and Administrators to Peace and Quiet and that I claim all his right title Interest Claime Estate of Demand I have or might have hereafter in the before Mentioned Tracts of land or Tract of land unto him the said Joseph Hunter to his Heirs and Assigns forever In Witness and Confirmation whereof I the said Luke Mauers have hereunto set my hand and seal this 30th Day of Octob 1711 in the Year of Our Lord 1711 Signed Sealed and Delivered In Presence of Benjamin Bascome Durham Hall Recorded Feb 24, 1712 by Pe.
