Charlestown Sept 23 D 1807
Be It remembered that I Peleg Cross of Charlestown in Washington County Ye
Yeoman, and Sarah Charles Chid[ren] of the same town woman of sd Town County Ye
Do agree for our selves our heirs and executors and administrators to Divide the Distance
between the Line between ourselves and sd Sarah Charles (below Pownell's Riv[er]) as follows That we
do agree that we both is to have equal and just mountain in alter the South half of sd Part
to begin at the Corner of the County by Regulatory and run Eastwardly to the half Distance
to the upper or North Water Course which is about a chain’s distance to a Black Stone
with a Ground by the south of the same. And sd Sarah Charles is to have equal
have and just mountain in alter the North half part of sd Well to begin at the
North Corner and run the same the North side and run Eastwardly to the half Distance
to the Distance to the North or Lowly Course Which is about at along’s distance to sd
Black Stone with a Ground by the side of sd wall, in conformation
which the Parties above Present Hereunto have hereunto set their Hands and
seals the Day and Date first above written.

Charlestown April 20 D 1808
Be it Remembered that we Nathan Tucker and Peleg Cross ye Yeomans
of Charlestown in Washington County ye Yeomans
Do agree for our selves our Heirs Executors Administrators & Assigns
to Divide and Settle a Line between our lands in Geddes Works so called in said
Charlestown, the said Line is to begin at the Stake & Leg of stones On the East
side of the path at the mouth of the mouth or going in of the notch and run North north-
easten Fourth north-eastern
Degree That we to a stake and stones a few feet to the Northward and northwest
of a Black Oak Tree Standing in the Line the Distance is fifty one rods and
five links. And the sd Nathan Tucker is to make and maintain the South
half part of sd Line with a good & sufficient fence to begin at the stake &
heap of stones by the path or mouth of the notch & to extend Et. 11th North-east
sd Distance of 51 Rods & 5 links to a stake heap of stones and the
Cross is to make and maintain the North half part of sd Line with a good
sufficient fence to the Other Stake stones Near the sd Black oak and
the fence to be made ason as Conveyancy will Admit of it In conformation
and Testimony of the Above Agreement we the sd Nathan Tucker & Peleg
Cross have hereunto set Our hands and Seals the Day month & Year
