To all People to whom these Presents shall come -
Greeting Know ye that I William Raynder of Something town in the county
of Washington and State of Rhode Island’s declare To be just and in consideration of the sum
of five hundred and fifty Dollars between me and hand before the foregoing hours present
these presents by Stephen Presuming his heirs and assigns forever in the county of
the District although he hereby acknowledge and thanked me by the self therefore fully
seized and possessed of and having part of land parcels there be conveyed unto
and devise huge him the said Stephen Presuming his heirs executors and Donatutes
forever by these presents Grant remise release quit claim grant and release all those
and Conforming and by these presents grant convey Confirm unto him the
said Stephen Presuming his heirs and assigns forever a Certain Piece of land
or several Laying in Charlestown in the said county and by the same is thus
that sd Raynder’s bounded by North boundary on and is bounded westerly in northwesterly and
by the South part and Southwesterly by a Brook
To have and to hold the said Grant and Agreed Premises together with all the
Appurtenances and Privileges thereunto belonging as of any living part of pertaining
therein the sd Stephen Presuming his heirs and Assigns forever to his Only sole purpose
are conveyed and I the said William Raynder do hereby make executors and
Administrators by Covenant of and with the said Stephen Presuming his heirs
and Assigns that before the foregoing hours of and the true lot and half
Court of all the above Premises Presuming and concur any confusion legacy right and title
of the same in any howsoever right now past right and absolute estate of
of heritance in me or some law lying in my sole right and Due to all debts and Charges
of the same as aforesaid and that the said Stephen Presuming his heirs and assigns
Shall at all times hereafter quietly possess and enjoy the same without the Confounding
Affirmations for me and that of all persons whatsoever
Furthermore I the said William Raynder for my sole sign by these presents executors and Donatutes
his Covenant and legacy Do hereby promise to the said Stephen Presuming
his heirs and Assigns against all lawful Claims or Demands of any Person whom
Whatever claims hereafter by warrant Measure and Defend by these presents
In Witness whereof the said William Raynder has hereunto set his Hand and Seal
this 10th day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand egy hundred
and nine’s July
