525 These may Certify, whereas it may concern whosoever that the Indenture between Jos. Browning Witnesseth that being granted by Geo. W. & Ezra & boys of Pawtucket to be in his Behalf Deliver the aforesaid Parcel and claimable his heirs forever of the first day coming presently in Charlestown and Pawtucket in Wistreet I Edward Moore and others by theirs for the purpose of their Assurance being and with the D. C. Convagance of the said Parcel’s and those parts lying partly to the Southward and partly Northward of the Northward of the Out Ward they both agree that the things aforesaid starting from the same
