503 Know all Men by these Presents that James Collins of Charlestown in the county of Washington state of Rhode Island Providence Plantation Woman for and in consideration of the sum of fifty Shillings well and truly paid before me the local king hand by the searchers of the some county of Washington and state aforesaid James the above described hereby grants conveys and sets over his lawful heirs forever to myself his lawful heirs and assigns the following of the lands conveyed unto him by the last will and testament of his late father James Collins of the said town and state the
