S all People to whom these Presents shall come Greetings I Gardner Tucker of Charlestown, County of Washington State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations do make this Conveyance know that the said Gardner Tucker for and in consideration of the sum of thirty five dollars 50 Cents to me in hand however the executing hereof witness and certify that I, Wilson Grinnell of Charlestown County of Washington State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations hereby acknowledge the receipt of the money of which I do hereby acknowledge and in the same fully satisfied contented and paid then and there of and every part and parcel thereof as occasion will acquire witness that the said Wilson Grinnell continued then hereon as Executor and Administrator forever by these presents have granted bargained transferred alien conveyed and confirmed to the said I Gardner Tucker fully permanently and absolutely grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said I Gardner Tucker and his Heirs and assigns forever in all origins forever a certain lot Parcel or Piece of Land situate and lying in Charlestown being by Estimation area is twelve and a half acres more or less and is bounded and described as follows beginning at a stake it stake there about a stake in Southwesterly Direction Without any reserve there bounds Degrees westerly North westerly to a heap of Stones and stake by the Bearings of the same degrees South thirty Degrees westerly that take and take and take and take to some Tree and there about a stake thirty Degrees South west to a stake and a stake there that some Departed south east and there take to a stake and some Tree and some Stake North East Departed fully there take and take to the first mentioned stake TO HAVE and to hold the said and granted and bargained premises with all the appurtenances privileges and commodities to the same belonging over and every appertaining to the said I Gardner Tucker and his heirs and assigns forever to him his heirs and assigns pure and absolute and better believe forever and the I Gardner Tucker forever myself my Heirs Executors and administrators do covenant grant and agree to and with the said Wilson Grinnell his heirs and assigns that at and before the commencement hereof the same the true sole and lawful owner of the above bargained Premises and am lawfully seized and Reputed of the same in my own proper Right as a just Perfect and absolute sole quite holder in fee simple and convey and have my sole good right full power and lawful authority to grant bargain sell convey and confirm the said bargained Premises in manner as aforesaid and that the said Wilson Grinnell his heirs and assigns shall quietly and securely from time to time and at all times forever hereafter of forced nature of the present premises Durably and quietly have the said occupy possess and enjoy the said conveyed and bargained premises with the appurtenances full clear and free quietly and clearly occupied contented and enjoy of from all and every manner of force or other Claim Courts Bargains Leases mortgages Hypothecs Sentiments Demands Judgments Executors and Encumbrances of what nature or form Soever either that must anymore any object obstruct or make any claim or demand thereunto The said Wilson Grinnell and Tucker agree to my heirs successors and administrators do covenant and engage the said premises free to him the said I Gardner Tucker and his heirs and assigns the Lawful Claims or demands any person or persons whatsoever forever permanently secure and Defend by their persons Furthermore I Mary Tucker wife of the said Gardner Tucker do go the Consideration aforesaid and for Just witness to and acquire witness say true and and only be the same Thousands Grant my right agree convey and compensate into the said Wilson Grinnell all my right title for Power of Title in said Demised and bargained Premises to the said Wilson Grinnell his heirs and assigns forever In Witness whereof we have unto set our hands and seals this 22 Day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and seven Signed Sealed delivered In Presence of us witnesses Joshua Card Jr Nathan Tucker Benjamin Tucker Gardner Tucker Mary Tucker

(499) Charleston December the 22nd At 1807 This Day personally appeared Gardner Tucker and Mary Tucker signed and sealed as the foregoing Indenturement and acknowledged the same to be their Voluntary Act and Deed dead hand and seal deed hereunto affixed before me Joshua Card ft Justice Peace To all People to whom these Presents shall Come it shall Come I Clark Green of Charleston in Washington county and State of North Carolina do hereby command Erecting however that I the said Clark Green for convenient of the done by Dignity Believe it meet to me that I before the Governing hereunto have all and solely paid by James Perry a Man a habitant of Charleston County of Washington and State of North Carolina The receipt whereof I acknowledge and am therefore full Satisfied contented and happy
