L.D.L. I, Strengthstone July 20. 1807 Value Received I Joseph Signe, Reside & Suffer of Strengthstone to Joseph هامنتون Jny of Chale in the County of Washington let his house, and to signes successors assess right 185 Dollars interest to the within Mortgage; I further know the said Gardner Trungeon for my self my heirs, in consideration of the action Mortgages then of contentment in said D.D.D and the G. Gardner Trungeon for my wifes my heirs Conveyors Etc Both Covenant to warrant and to defend the said Joseph هامنتون to his heirs etc to be warrant and to secure him of the within Mortgaged Land and Premises contained in the aforesaid Deed and Mortgage D.D. from all right of Dowers or power of heirs of Third Which shall be of Any use in Consequence of the same. Augustus Card month Washington County ss I Joshua Card Justice of the Peace in this County do hereby certify Personally appeared before me the said August Card Esq. who being duly sworn did Acknowledge that the instrument now exhibited to me was his act and deed and that he did sign and seal the same in his presence and before me Joshua Card Justice Peace 1807 By I. Card Esq. Official witness To all People whom these Presents shall Come Greeting Know all men by these Presents that I Job Card of late husband of Sarah Card resident in the County of Washington state of Rhode Island declared & to have made & be considered as Judge and Executor to my said husband to act and bind before the following Sealed by Augustus Card Esq.
