433 To all People to whom these Presents shall come I George Perry of Richmond in the County of Washington Esq. one of the Debitors of John Sigel late Sheriff of said County and Province Greeting Whereas an Execution issued against Samuel leup Captain at the Port of Garrison Proven of South Carolina was by me the Clerk of Charleston at the Port of Garrison Proven of South Carolina obtained over by me the said Samuel in the Premises aforesaid upon for the Satisfaction of the Execution be Garrison Ghinge who was the higher Debtor, and for the sum of Twelve Dollars, which the said Garrison Ghinge hath since fully and truly paid me the said George Perry now hereby that by force and virtue of the Laws in such case made and provided, I the said George Perry in Consideration of the sum of Money paid unto me as aforesaid do by these Presents Bargain, sell Urgain, and set over unto the said Garrison Ghinge his Heirs & Assigns forever all the Land Tenements and hereditaments with all
