To all People to Whom these Presents
Shall Come Greeting Whereas I that Stephen Ney of Charlestown Ny of Charlestown in the County
of Washington state of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations Yeoman for consi-
deration of the sum of One hundred money good debt Due to me in hand’t &
acknowledged by Samuel Ney of Charlestown in the County & State above
mentioned Yeoman the himself steward of the holy Anglican Church and my wife
Theresa the latter party of the second part in her own proper and home’d name
do hereby acknowledge and discharge him the s^d Samuel Ney in the fore
mentioned Sum & debts and appurtenances however given Promised or setl-
led upon him by Contract a Certain Lott of Land situated lying and lying
in the town of Charlestown State of Rhode Island mentioned containin g [illegible]
acres being the s^d more moveen lott of and known as the [illegible] Lotation
beginning at the Northeast Corner of a certain Piece of Samuel Neys Land there running
Northwesterly to the s^d line and thence to the [illegible] the White Pine tree running
Northeasterly to the s^d line Now bounded North by the [illegible] Pine tree running
to the Corner of the County then running East by the grantors line to a stone and
thence to the purchase’d land thenne running East by the grantors line to a [illegible]
mentioned Pursuant [illegible] and thence to the [illegible] [illegible]
Pursuant and appurtenances thereunto appurtenant class of [illegible] [illegible] and lying the same as
a Good and sufficient lott of homestead in [illegible] and lying the same as
the surrounding & Delivery name i s^d the [illegible] [illegible] and thence to the [illegible]
Lawfull boundaries of the above lott to the s^d I and my presents Appurtenances and
have in my possession s^d the s^d Lot and premises Lawfull and appurtenant to the
premises of the above as aforesaid and after the executing & Delivery of these
presents the s^d Stephen Ney do hereby quit claim my right title and my premises thereunto
Administrators and assigns forever & bound himself & heirs devisees by these presents
all the above said Land and premises Appurtenances and appurtenances in
Ney his heirs and servants administer Administrators and Assigns forever Against any Lawsuit
Courts and Demands of any person Whatever and the s^d Letton Ney the s^d Stephen Ney
do hereby Declare that all the above said Land and premises and Appurtenances in
your and heirs all claim an all claim an [illegible] whatever and that the s^d Samuel Ney
as his heirs Servants Administrator and Assigns shall have and enjoy Peacefully
the same by force of this Deed Vote hereof Viz the Deed of the aforesaid Stephen
Ney Said fully against any person whatever as Appears and Attest the Town and Town of lying
the Above and above mentioned ranges Premises & Appurtenances thereunto belonging
In witness whereof the said Stephen Ney his Executors Administrators and assigns forever
In witness whereof we have hereunto Set our hands and seals the day and year first above
S^d Twenty eighth day of September in the year of Our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and three
and the Fourth length year of the Commonwealth Roman independence
