Know all Men by these Presents, that I Samuel Perry of
Charlestown in the county of Washington State of Rhode Island & Providence Plant
and on Construction of the sum of One hundred Dollars to me paid by the Heirs
of said Charlestown Yeoman the house whereof I do hereby acknowledge have
renounced released & forever quit claimed and set by these Presents remise
release & forever quit claim unto the said Thomas Perry his Heirs and Assigns
forever a Certain lot of Land situate in y^e town of Charlestown containing by
Estimation about Three Acres be the same more or less described and bounded as
