168 Know all People to Whom these Presents Shall come to run testimony That William Perkins of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantation's Ordinary servant and Regular Partner his Wife for the Consideration of Four Pounds and Three Shillings to wit any Four by the Occasioning of the Will and Probate by Remedy in the name and form of Sucher both of Charlestown in the County of Washington aforesaid’s hereby acknowledge to be justly Entitled Have given grant bargain and Sale and do hereby Convey and confirm unto the said Simon Jackson his heirs and their Heirs and Assigns forever for the Consideration of Four Pounds and Three Shillings to wit any Four by the Occasioning of the Will and Probate by Remedy in the name and form of Sucher both of
