(287) To all People to whom these Presents shall come Greeting Whereas that I Zephaniah Wilber of Charleston in the County of Washington and State of Rhode and Providence Plantations gentleman have given and in Consideration of the sum of Forty two Pounds Lawful Money to me in Hand well and sufficiently paid before the undersigning and officiating Attorney Gardner Worden of September but more residing in Charlestown in the County and State aforesaid gentleman the receipt whereof I do hereby Acknowledge myself therefore fully seized and Conveyed and apposed the said given property
