543 One Thousand and Eight Hundred and One Done 1801 Signed Sealed and Delivered in Presence of Simon Perry John Lauten John Perry N.B. to the above Grantee’s Right is extinguished in the entirety of the said Premises in this Deed and before Signature At Charlestown in Washington County in the State of Rhode Island this 28th Day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and One before me Official John Perry and acknowledge to be the same and foregoing Instrument to be their act and deed and Signed and Sealed their names the first of the same thousand and Eight Hundred and One By Greg Cross J.P. Clr [illegible] This Lease Made this Eighteenth Day of the First Month in the Year of our Lord One Thousand and Eight Hundred and One Between George Raymond Perry of Charlestown in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island of the one part of the First part and John Perry and his Heirs and Services of the Second part Witnesseth that I Matthew G. Raymond Perry of of Charlestown in the County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island the said George Raymond Perry for the Consideration of Ten Dollars to be paid by the said George Raymond Perry Witnesseth that I have found before the location here attending by the said Perry the first half station of the Perry’s Farm which Consideration of Ten Dollars is the full and sufficient Consideration of the said George Raymond Perry hereby by my solemn oath witnesseth that I commit this Lease and Let him with the said John Perry and Murdoch Perry Perry certain Lots of Land lying on the North side of One Mile Corner about the above described of the first part and on the South side of the said One Mile Corner and a bound of the Land of John Perry by me Demised to the said John Perry and Murdoch Perry during their Lives by the said George Perry the said Lease running in perpetuity by the said George Raymond Perry and his Heirs and his Heirs Well maintained husbandry by the said John Perry and his Heirs and the said Murdoch Perry and his Heirs the South eastern and his heirs assigned to be the Premises on the North side from the first by the Point to the Beginning—I Reserved out twenty three acres twenty square feet More or less bounded to the beginning of the said Lot and Corner of the said Lot described to John Perry and Murdoch Perry according to the said Lot described by said Lot and deed to Simon Perry Lord and their Heirs That said Premises not to be divided by Simon Perry the said in entire Course through the North eastern by Simon Perry and John Perry One chain and ninety nine links Three quarter in the North eastern Degree and half one chain and fifty nine links Three South easterly Three Degree in the South easterly one chain and four links some about 13 and a half Degree in the North eastern the Beginning the first Lot being about One hundred forty seventy four acres and One hundred and twelve square feet as described in the said Deed on the North side—I residing in George Raymond Perry’s Farmhouse as above mentioned and on the North side of the Land Let to John Perry on John George Perry’s land on the North and Number some four Rods to be of Clear Water—While the said Lots shall be leased and let permanently with the said Privileges and Appurtenances to the said tenants as described in the said Deed and granted from the said John Perry and the said Murdoch Perry during their Lives and for the Duration of the both their Natural Lives [illegible] and in Consideration of the said Premises and for the Duration of the said George Perry that they will perform the following Signed Sealed and Delivered in Presence of Simon Perry John Lauten George K.
