240 Know all Men By these Presents that we John Schell Augustus Henry Danny Daniel Perry John Harvey and Gideon Nash a the Present Members of the Committee for the Indian Lands Force in Charlestown in the county of Washington state of Rhode Island Give Notice By the Return of our Certificate the General Assembly of the State of Rhode Island Island May 1st 1805 Ordering us to Convey according to the Direction of the Executive the Premises they gave and Convey for Lease to all Vacant Lands in said Charlestown by these present Just Title Do and in Consideration of the payment of the sum of four hundred Dollars in hand with a Warranty and by said Sums through the Common Treasury of the State after Payment of the Trust through the said Just Satisfaction and contrary than given Grant Bargained
