320 STATUTORY FORM OF FORECLOSURE DEED UNDER POWER OF SALE IN MORTGAGE. KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That The Grand Lodge Ancient Order of United Workmen of North Dakota, a corporation organised and existing under the laws of the State of North Dakota, and having its principal office in the City of Fargo, County of Cass, in said State, holder of a mortgage made by Henry S. Brightman and Isabelle E. Brightman to Grand Lodge Ancient Order United Workmen, a Connecticut corporation, dated January 9, 1928 and recorded in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, in Real Estate Mortgage Book #23, Page 137, which said mortgage was transferred and assigned to say the Grand Lodge Ancient Order of United Workmen of North Dakota on December 31, 1935 the same being recorded in the said Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Charlestown in Book #24, at Page 501, by the power conferred by said mortgage and assignment of mortgage, and by every other power thereto instrument enabling, in consideration of the Sum of two Thousand Dollars ($2000) to it paid, does hereby grant to The Grand Lodge Ancient Order of United Workmen of North Dakota the premises conveyed by said mortgage as follows: That certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in said Town of Charlestown, Washington County and State of Rhode Island, and situated on the western side of the road known as the South Road lead from the South State Road to the Quonochontaug Church, running south to the east Beach, so-called, and bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of a lot of land which is conveyed at a point in a stone wall on the south (1) side of the east Beach road at a distance of eighty-five (85) feet along said road or formerly along said Barber's line a distance of one hundred seventy two (172) feet along a stone wall and then running northerly in the corner of a wall and then running once or formerly of J. Alfred Burdick; thence running in a southerly direction along now or formerly of J. Alfred Burdick; thence running in a southeasterly direction along now or formerly of J. Alfred Burdick a distance of eighty-five (85) feet along now or formerly of J. Alfred Burdick to a wall; thence to a point in the wall; thence running an easterly direction along now or formerly of J. Alfred Burdick a distance of one hundred and seventy two (172) feet to a drill hole in a stone wall and then running in a northerly direction along said east Beach Road a distance of eighty-five (85) feet to the point of beginning and including dwelling house and improvements thereon. The above described property is bounded on the east by the east Beach Road on the South and east by land now or formerly of J. Alfred Burdick and on the North by land now or formerly of the same Barber. Being the same premises deeded to Henry S. Brightman by J. Alfred Burdick by deed dated January 20th A. D. 1927, and recorded in the Records of Deeds in the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, Page 451, reference is made to said deed and the record thereof is hereby had and made and the same made a part hereof.
