To all People to whom these presents shall come Know ye that we Olive
Croncy of Boston State of Connecticut Joseph Park Benjamin Park Polly Park and
Hannah Stanton Park of Charleston State of Rhode Island for and in consideration of
two Hundred and fifty Dollars to me and Hand paid by Nathan Taylor of Charlestown
in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island The These presents Witnesseth that we do hereby grant bargain sell convey and confirm
to the said Nathan Taylor his heirs and assigns forever more certain Parcel of
Land lying in Charlestown in the state of Rhode Island containing by Estimation
four acres more or less together with all the Buildings therestanding
and bounded as follows Beginning at the middle of the Gate at the pole near the
Door of the House then Northerly through the Middle of the House until it comes to
a Rock standing in the line between Nathan Taylor and Nathan Landau then there
South Eastward to an old stone Wall until it comes to the South West Corner of
said Taylors land then Easterly the course of the road until it comes to Nathan Landau
two Land Stone boundary by a line until it comes to the Road then South westerly
on said Road until it comes to the first mentioned Boundary To have and to hold
the said granted and Bargained Premises with all the Privileges and appurtenances thereunto
to him the said Nathan Taylor his heirs and assigns forever to his and their use for life and
Beyond forever and we said Olive Croncy Joseph Park Benjamin Park Polly Park and
Hannah Stanton Park for our part and for our heirs Executors and Administrators do
Covenant with said Nathan Taylor for his heirs and assigns that we are the lawful
Seized in fee of the aforesaid Premises and that they are free of all Liens burdens
and other good Right Title to sell and convey the same to the said Nathan Taylor
to hold as aforesaid and that we will Warrant Seize and Defend the same to him her
the said Nathan Taylor his heirs and assigns forever against the Lawful claims
and Demands of all Persons Whatsoever and we Joseph Park the wife of the said Benjamin
Park do for the Consideration above mentioned Re lease unto him the said Nathan
Taylor all my Right of Power and Poises of the said Josephs Premises
forever In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and Seals to this Indent
Day of March 1801

Washington County to wit Charlestown March the 11th Day 1801 personally
appeared Olive Croncy brag the above signer and declared to be her residing Account
Deed hand and Seal and as Attorney for Joseph Park Benjamin Park and Polly
Park and Hannah Stanton Park acknowledged also the signing and Sealing
to be their voluntary act and Deed hand and Seal for the purposes there on
described before me.
