298 This Indenture Made this 21st Day of May 1783 Between Samuel Card of Charlestown in Washington County and State of Rhode Island Yeoman on the One part and Joshua Card of the same County and State aforesaid Yeoman on the Other Part Witnesseth that the said Samuel Card for the considerations herein mentioned have given and granted to the said Joshua Card a Piece of Land of the following size and form as follows: being by the West on the land of [illegible] and bounds to the East by Agreement with said Joshua Card in the North by the land of [illegible] and bounds Southly by the land of [illegible] Card and [illegible] by a [illegible] and bounds North Westly by the land of [illegible] Card The Consideration Whereof the said Samuel Card does Give Grant and confirm unto the said Joshua Card the above Land to the said Joshua Card during his Natural Life to have and to hold and to use the same as his own Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Charlestown this 21st Day of May 1783 Witness Augustus Newman Samuel Card [seal] Thobt Stanton This Indenture Made this 21st Day of May 1783 Between Augustus Card of Charlestown in Washington County and State of Rhode Island Yeoman on the One Part and Joshua Card of the same County and State aforesaid Yeoman on the Other part Witnesseth that the said Augustus Card does aforesaid Consideration have granted and delivered to Joshua Card of a bond of Land and of Land in the said Town being as follows: with the said Land and boundaries it is bounded as of north by the land of [illegible] The Consideration Whereof the said Augustus Card does Give Grant and confirm unto the said above Land and Lot said land to said Joshua Card during his Natural Life to have and to hold and to use the same as his own Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21st Day of May 1783 Witness Augustus Newman Augustus Card [seal] and mark This Indenture Made this 21st Day of May 1783 Between William Card of Charlestown in the County of Washington State of Rhode Island Yeoman On the One part Joshua Card of said Town County and State above stated Yeoman On the Other part Witnesseth that the said William Card said William Card does for the Consideration I have hundred a Piece of my [illegible] Joshua Card of said Town piece of Land with the same More or Less and is bounded Northly by the land of [illegible] Southly by the land of [illegible] Eastly on the opposite Westly boundry Eastly by Augustus Card Land and Northly by [illegible] Card Land Westly by the land of Joshua Card The Consideration Whereof the said William Card does by this Present Give Grant and confirm to all the above said Land and unto my father Joshua Card during his Natural Life to have and to hold the above said Land and use the same as his own Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21st Day of May 1783 Witness Augustus Newman William Card [seal] Thobt Stanton Recorded the foregoing and Presenting [illegible] September 25th 1800 Attest Philg[illegible]s [illegible] T.
