To all people to whom these presents shall come Greeting whereas all those
of the town of North Kingstown in the colony and state of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations
of the same county called Handlers shall forever have and hold unto the said [illegible]
the some land lying situate within said North Kingstown in the said colony and state of Rhode Island and
