Know all Men By these Presents that I Simeon Crandall of Charlestown
in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island & Providence Plantations Do hereby Grant
and Concede and in Consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars of the Lawful Money of the State aforesaid
in my hand received from my son Simeon Crandall Jr and only Solely Confirming and Conveying by these
presents all the Covenants and Intentions hereafter specified by the said sum of Ten Dollars to my son Simeon Crandall
and Assigns forever and to hold and Possess all and Singular the Messuage of Land situate according to the
