295 Know all Men by these Presents That I Gilbert Stanton of the District of East work in the State of Pennsylvania for and in Consideration of certain Sums of Money and for and in further Consideration of hand well and truly paid before the Delivery hereof by Gilbert Stanton of the District of Southwest in the State of Pennsylvania whereas the said Premises are to my full Satisfaction and contentment have given granted bargained and for and in these Premises do give grant bargain release fully freely and absolutely Convey and Confirm for ever Due Claim contentment unto his son Daniel Stanton his Heirs and Assigns forever One certain Piece of Land situate lying and being in Charlestown County — [illegible] by the boundaries of the hole of the said Contentment — [illegible]
