226 Granted and bargained Premises to him the said Munson in Compensation for his Heirs Executors and Assigns forever Against all Lawful Claims of Any Person or Persons Whatever Whereof there is and Before the Judge Also Hannah Thompson wife of the said Lodowick Thompson Both for the Consideration aforementioned appraised what he hath of the rights of mine and land the above said Granted and bargained Premises N.B. All Parts of the aforesaid land by the Grantor and Grantee that of the said Lodowick Thompson his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall have a Court or the right to the aforesaid Benjamin Munson his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns On the First Day of February 1799 the sum of fifty seven pounds twelve Shillings and Sixpence Cash then the aforesaid Deed Shall be null and Void and of no Effect Otherwise to Stand and Remain in Full Force and Virtue Of what whereas of the said Lodowick Thompson and Hannah his wife both their hands and seals this first day of February 1799 And the 21 Year of American Independence Signed read and Delivered In Presence of [illegible] [illegible] Lodowick Thompson (S) Hannah Thompson (S) [illegible] Recorded the 27th March 1799 [illegible] [illegible] At Christiantown in Washington County the Day and Date first above written Personally appeared Lodowick and Hannah Thompson and being sworn his wife and acknowledged the foregoing instrument to be their Act and Deeds hands and Seals before me [illegible] [illegible] [illegible] [illegible] To all People to whom these Presents Shall come Greeting Know ye that I Joseph Rosses of Charlestown in the County of Washington in State of Rhode Island [illegible] for and by consideration of one hundred and one hundred Dollars in hand before the lasting day of existing the body of Gideon Honey of the same town & person the right where of he has by me acknowledged and by myself therefore fully satisfied and convinced and to every part and parcel first of the aforesaid account and demise and there his said Gideon Honey his heirs executors and administrators forever by these presents have granted bargained sold aliened by Conveyed and by these presents do fully fully and absolutely give grant bargain sell then convey and confirm unto him the said Gideon Honey his heirs and assigns forever a certain piece of land situated in Charlestown bottom [illegible] on a line map of lee and bounded as followeth beginning on the Latitude day of [illegible] miles and where the brook runs south from a pump house running northwesterly by said hand until it comes to Land belonging to Mr George Smith then running [illegible] until it comes to Land belonging to Ben George then running southeasterly by said [illegible] [illegible] Land to the north side of the aforesaid piece of land This [illegible]
